from the UndergroundStrengthGym.com in Edison, NJ We received a special shirt from B Mac over at http We decided that our guys had to EARN the t shirt as all of them were fired up after seeing it. An 8th grader stepped it up BIG time and outworked everyone, not because he was told to train harder, but because he WANTED TO! The Champion’s Attitude can not be taught to many, but, for Dylan, an 8th Grade Football player from Edison, NJ, he always does extra after he finishes his workouts. His work ethic, energy and desire to break records, win and better his previous performances are unmatched. He EARNED his t shirt, as you can tell! BIG thanks to B Mac from CrossFitEndurance.com for supplying the kick ass t shirt and the kick ass workouts! Feel free to share this video with friends, coaches, family, athletes and or colleagues. Actually she doesnt hear worse at school. Its called private school where that kind of stuff doesnt fly. She goes to a real school where morality is taught and upheld. Unfortunately there are enough scum bags in the world who curse in front of her outside of our home and her school, so yes she has hear it all, but that does not make it right. It takes a tough man (or women) to do hardcore type workouts but it takes even a tougher man to live a moral life.
Great work Zac .. that’s some junior with some future ….
@yyportne Do you lock your 9 yr old in the cellar ?? You think she dont hear worse at school. Wake up … just teach her not to use that stuff .. u can’t censor the world to suit your “morality” ..
@Bmears9 Football player, entering high school in the Fall, 14 yrs old!
@yyportne dude, totally agreed, no worries
how old is an `8th grader?
Nice trainin bro!!!
nice job Dillan you worked your tail off
“Fuck These Comments”
Zach, I did not mean any disrespect to you or the kid training. If it was taken that way then I apologize. I just simply believe it is wrong to wear vulgar shirts like that. My 9yr old loves to read and I would be pissed if she read that off some dudes shirt. Just saying. Someone got to speak up about morality, especially these days. I think youre a top notch trainer and doing great things with your local youth. I will continue to watch you videos and read your blog so as too continue learning.
Good kid!
Obviously some people missed the point of the video. For this kid to have that kind of dedication and mental toughness to train the way he does its truly amazing. Being this way really better prepares him for life ahead of him WAY more than any foul language could harm him. Zach, does this kid play any sports?
come on people who cares about the language your supposed to be watching for the crossfit routine.
@starfourfivesix
Over the last 50 or so foul language has increased amongst preteen. So has the drop out rate (direct correlation). Also the average intelligence of a middle/high school student is much lower (indirect correlation) then previous generations. Very rarely do I hear highly intelligent people use foul language. It is what it is. But thanks for setting me straight.
The very concept of “profane words” is illogical and meaningless. It serves no purpose to have words, most of which have acceptable synonyms, that are unpolite to say even when the speaker s not using them to intentionally condescend or insult other people.
agreed on the language, and then I realize we are better off keeping our kids in the gym 5 days a week as opposed to hanging out with kids who have them causing trouble.
I’ll take the F Bombs, dedication and training over being influenced by other kids causing trouble!
Ahahahaha, 8th graders are not nearly as ignorant as you think.Infact, neither are 6th graders.
Awesome workout. Great job on pushing himself through that tough workout. Love the weapons of mass construction. MHO: Dumb shirt though. Profanity never makes anyone tougher, meaner, cooler, etc., it just makes them sound and/or look stupid and ignorant. The f-word should not be in an 8th graders vocabulary.
