Technique help on the Overhead Squat. First, fix the air squat and make that as vertical as possible. Secondly, make sure your shoulders are fully warmed up, bands are great for this. Thirdly, rotate your palms upwards/armpits forward to ‘lock’ your shoulder into palce. Finally, resist the temptation to look down and keep your gaze forward.
