“Fran” was the main-site WOD for 25 May 2010. Jared P. Cantrell aka Moises Del Mar completes the workout in less than 2:30 in Quepos, Costa Rica where he lives and follows the main-site programming as Rx’d: For time: 3 rounds, 21-15-9 reps of 95 lb. Thrusters and Pull-ups. Note: Moises doesn’t touch bar until after 3 seconds are on the clock and clock runs over for about a second after the last pull-up.

Crossfit Fran 6 month progress

Before I started crossfit, I weighted 205 pounds, could barely run a 11:00 mile, couldn’t do a pullup or a dip. This is a video of my progress after 6 months doing a workout called Fran – 3 rounds, 21-15-9, of 95 pound thrusters and pullups
