Daily Paleo Challenge #1

So here’s the deal Paleo-Goers, we’ll be holding a series of daily challenges throughout the course of this Paleo Challenge. These challenges will be done outside of the gym throughout the course of your daily life. They will be very simple and easy to do. The only rules for the challenges is that you must take a picture of yourself doing the challenge and post it to Facebook. This is in no way required. It’s just to keep people motivated and to add a little fun to it. We’re looking to do between 1 and 2 a week. So today’s challenge is to get a picture of yourself doing some sort of Crossfit Movement in the Snow. (Handstand, air squat, pushup, etc.) Take a picture and post it to Facebook! Let’s see who can be the most creative with it!
