SF Parkour and Crossfit Marin

SF Parkour and Crossfit Marin got together on a sunny afternoon in May of 2008 to run around doing stuff you probably shouldn’t try at home, and they were nice enough to let me come along and tape. Is it parkour? Is it freerunning? Street gymnastics? Beats me. All I know is that they’re awesome. If you’d like to learn how to do some of this stuff check out their respective websites – sfparkour.com and crossfitmarin.com. And I know that other parkour video uses a song by Rise Against, too, but what can I say? They’re the best. Check out their website at riseagainst.com.     i went there for one year before going to tam up the street!
