hey mate, correct your swiss ball ham curl (elevate your hips to target the ham better and fully extend your legs out to do your pike) push up? hmmm…. keep your neck straight so your chest doesn’t deactivate. open your hips with your step up. I’m the Transformation Trainer.

Whats your nutrition program like to sustain this kind of regiment?
hey i was looking at the reps and counting them up its only 550 reps total its a great workout though

300 is harder workout. Deadlifts, floorwipers are killer! Also, your reps were very questionable. If you were at Crossfit, many of them wouldn’t have counted. Still, hard workout though good job.
