Thanks for the vid. I never realized that butt wink thing, which I’ve always done, was due to strength/balance issues in hams/hip. It absolutely makes sense.
yea of course! fuck it right!? people also twist their ankles and dislocate their shoulders in real life situations so why not do it when you’re training your muscles right!??

Yeah they do…I was just asking b/c I am just beginning to workout seriously and keep hearing knees behind the toes. Sheesh…I’m just trying to learn. Thanks for the vid tho!!!
Do knees every go past the toes in real life situations? Well do they? YES they do. So why not in exercise!
