    would’ve been a great teaching video if the camera girl wasn’t a moron.

    @howarja

    Words are arrangements of letters that help convey an idea, thought, feeling, emotion and generally aid humans in communication. No word can inherently be evil or a “swear” word. Don’t miss the great information in videos because you are offended by an arrangement of letters.

    Bent knee, not locked out, straight/ stiff legged. Straght leg causes to much impact through the body and too mush stress and too much streess and strain on the hamstring.

    What do you mean by soft knees?

    I think that was a pretty good video. I’m going to start using those drills. And thank you for not saying “F*&kin” that gets really annoying when affiliates do videos and and every other word is swearing.

    Informative. I was wondering though, you say don’t run on the toes. And also, lean from the ankles. What do you mean?

    did not say “fukin” enough times. must be a fairly new affiliate.

    So, um, why is the camera perspective perpendicular to the subjects? Lets make a right angle video?

    Get her to keep her knees soft on the wall drills… she has stiff legs.

    Yours are still foo, make sure that when you teach the figure 4 position that you teach soft knees.
