@blackbelt42boxer, I see you are going back and forth with Phatty. He is a troll. He continually comes to these CrossFit videos and argues with people who do Crossfit. If I were you, I would’nt waste my time with someone who is probably 13 years old at best. Take a look at his home page. If he is such a stud, then where are his videos? Not even a picture of himself. He is a kid whose parents should probably monitor his internet time more closely.

surely it will make a person who is already strong a little weaker, but you can still lift, your numbers may go down 20 maybe 30 pounds at the most if your a moderate to mediocre powerlifter like yourself, but clearly it isnt screwing up those guys i mentioned too bad because they can still outlift you, loosing a very small amount of strength is a small price to pay, and for the general population who are not powerlifters or oly lifters they will get better strength bennefits than at a globo gym

  3. phatneazy on April 13th, 2010 8:53 pm

@blackbelt42boxer crossfit does make you weak. stop powerlifting and do crossfit and you will get weaker haha. guaranteed. crossfit is a joke

look at the comment below jackass, i already said that, im aware how new crossfit is i’ve bee doing it for 5 years, i know they got that strength from other programs just like i got mine from other pograms, he said he knows he stronger than so and so because he doesnt do crossfit, so i showed him that crossfit doesnt make you weak…

  5. honda535 on April 13th, 2010 9:52 pm

blackbelt im sure those people you mentioned dont just do crossfit… dont be silly this is a relativly new training program they would of been training before this came out….

  6. blackbelt42boxer on April 13th, 2010 10:15 pm

well yeah no shit dumbfuck, but that wasnt the point, you said you know your stronger than so and so because you dont do crossfit, well you are not stronger than these men and they do crossfit, even if crossfit isnt reliable for their numbers they still do it so you obviously cant assume that because one does crossfit that you are stronger than them. dipshit….

  7. phatneazy on April 13th, 2010 11:00 pm

@blackbelt42boxer yea too bad you cant give crossfit the credit of those numbers. go do some real research. youll find out that they were putting up those numbers before they started crossfit haha. figure it out buddy

  8. blackbelt42boxer on April 13th, 2010 11:33 pm

you know your stronger because you dont do crossfit? so your stronger than lance mosley a crossfitter with a 601 deadlift, or jerome perryman a crossfitter with a 606 deadlift, or kyle kasperbauer a 180 pound crossfitter with a 535 back squat, how bout josh everett a 185 pound crossfitter with a 347 pound clean and jerk? are you stronger than those crosfitters?????

  9. sgtstupidfreak on April 13th, 2010 11:58 pm

crossfit mentality. I will do 1-2 actual crossfit workouts a week. But i only have a pass to 24hr, and its hard to get in a crossfit workout there. why dont you send me your scores on a message of certain workouts, then i will go try them and compare with you.

  10. sgtstupidfreak on April 14th, 2010 12:46 am

lol well i work on a dive boat and pretty much dive every weekend, so i guess you can call me a dive freak. Ya i understand with the time thing, i can give you the workouts and my times and you can try them, or i have my fight gone bad scores (weak lol), and my Angie time, which i dont wanna sound like im making an excuse but it was slow too because i did a workout before i started angie lol. what exactly do you mean by olympic lifts. typically most of my workouts are just PT but with a

  11. sclaysdharma on April 14th, 2010 1:18 am

Oh, figured you were a Seal or a dive freak after looking at the videos you had posted. I know a lot of the workouts are customized so unless they are benchmark, then the time does not tell me a lot unless I do the exact same workout. Do you also do olympic lifts? I have been doing them before my WOD and find they help a lot. I’m finally learning how to do them right after all these years of doing them. lol.

  12. sgtstupidfreak on April 14th, 2010 1:55 am

lol nah im not a SEAL. umm, ill have to check my notes and stuff, but i havent really done any of these ‘benchmark’ workouts. i have just started getting into crossfit, and i have done some crossfit workouts but most of them are just ones made up by my friends. i have done Angie, and i have done Fight Gone Bad, and a couple others. I can give you my time for the workout “get along cindy” if you want, my buddy made it up.

  13. sclaysdharma on April 14th, 2010 2:25 am

It looks like you are a Navy Seal so I’m guessing you will probably crush my time. Sometimes I post the best time where I train, but not on this one. Do you know any of your times on the other benchmark workouts?

  14. sgtstupidfreak on April 14th, 2010 3:11 am

ya you are right on that one, but it is kind of fun to prove him wrong all of the time and prove how his arguments are lacking everything lol. i havent tried this one yet. i had a choice between this one, or “lucky 7’s” workout and i chose lucky 7s. when i do this one i will let u know my score.

  15. sclaysdharma on April 14th, 2010 3:55 am

hey Sgt, its probably best to put phatty’s comments on spam. After looking at his page I think he is probably no older than 12 since he claims he is 21 and has no videos or pictures of himself there. That plus he is so quick to start name calling. He is either not very old or mature or both.
Anyways, I came here because I just did this workout for the first time yesterday and did it in 35.59 and it really sucked. I was just wondering how that time measures up.

  16. phatneazy on April 14th, 2010 4:54 am

@sgtstupidfreak endurance you would win but NOT with speed or explosiveness. and the reason im on here is not to prove anything to you but because i love talking crap to you weenie cfers. and even tho i could go post a vid of me pulling 55 and box jumping way higher than you and all kinds of other crap, i do not need to cause just knowing you do cf automatically makes me stronger than you. and no matter how much you think im just running my mouth. Im still stronger than you cause you do cf

  17. sclaysdharma on April 14th, 2010 5:39 am

OK big man just post your video here of you doing the 550dl for a start, then you might have some credibility. Come on represent for the West Coasters. Put up or shut up tough guy!

  18. sgtstupidfreak on April 14th, 2010 5:40 am

for strength. you never even took the time to ask me what type of workouts i did. you just automatically assumed that because i say i do crossfit thats ALL i do. why not try to get the facts straight before you get all butt-hurt and try to be an internet badass.

  19. sgtstupidfreak on April 14th, 2010 6:26 am

a scientist trying to tell people that his theory is right when he has NO evidence to back it. he hasnt looked at any of the facts, and he doesnt even know any of the facts. when it comes to lifitng wieghts, ya you would crush me. when it comes to endurance, and speed i would crush you. we both train for different things. i dont believe that one training type is supeior to the other, or one is the best, i believe you need to mix them all together. i like crossfit for endurance, and lifting

  20. sgtstupidfreak on April 14th, 2010 6:45 am

i train yet you still claim to be bigger and stronger than me. your lack or decent arguments is really showing me that you have nothing to say. and how you keep commenting back… what are you trying to prove, why do you keep commenting back if you think im such a fag? if you are so big and strong and you KNOW you are superior than me why do you have to keep trying to prove it? unless you dont think you are. I also like how you say “thats it” like its the end of the argument. its like

  21. sgtstupidfreak on April 14th, 2010 6:46 am

video of you being faster and stronger than me. you dont even know how fast i am. i never told you so how can you compare? and im actually 201, so you are 30lbs off lol. why would i want to look HUGE. its a LOOK, it will not help me in anyway. its real funny how you never answer anything i say, you just answer back by saying the same thing “im bigger faster and stronger” yet you have no proof. ya i said i do crossfit, but i didnt say thats all i do. you know nothing about me or how

  22. sgtstupidfreak on April 14th, 2010 7:45 am

once AGAIN, you failed to mention your workout, or how fast you run five miles in. and AGAIN you fail to mention how you know/think you are faster and stronger than me. btw, i already told you that i dont do kipping pullups. ya you are stronger and lifting weight, but i GURANTEE you that i can do more pushups, NON KIPPING pullups, situps, any type of PT you want more than you. you have no argument anymore because you make false claims about being faster and stronger. why dont you post a

  23. phatneazy on April 14th, 2010 8:05 am

@sgtstupidfreak hahahaah u do crossfit bro. Im bigger faster and stronger than you. thats it. If you like weighing a buck 70 and doing kipping pullups keep up your work. but let me know when you actually wanna be a beast

  24. sgtstupidfreak on April 14th, 2010 8:48 am

longer than a 50yard race huh? and you must either have NOTHING to do, or you just like to watch guys with their shirts off cause i dont understand why you are even on a CROSSFIT video when you cant stand out “superior” attitude. btw what do you call your attitude in our argument? seemed pretty superior and pissy to me. calling me skinny, weak, and a pansy… you kno they say that when people refer to name calling its because they have a weak argument and cant think of anything to say…

  25. sgtstupidfreak on April 14th, 2010 9:28 am

squats? big deal? im proud of you. but once again unless you feel that you have something to prove to me, why do you keep commenting and telling me that you are so STRONG and faster than me. lol you KNOW you are faster and stronger than me. did we have a lil competition and i just forgot about it or something? plus you STILL have not posted one of your workouts OR how fast you run your 5miles, because anyone can run 5miles at a 15min pace… you are just scared to race me in anything

Got something to say?
