a) excercises wont burn certain fat at all
b) while u might burn some fat/calories during excercises that r about building strenth and muscles, this is not their mayjor focus. Muscles however will burn calories, if they get bigger they will burn more, even when not active.

i did that for 3 minuites and i still cant bend my knees without it huring lol i gotta a question why cant you slide down the wall you didn’t really tell why…
at school, our gym teacher makes us do those for two minuites with our hands off our knees. it hurts a lott!!
