		<description>Actually you couldnt be more wrong. The human body is amazing at adapting to its environment therefore it will become stronger and fitter even if youre doing several different sports. 

But because your body is so good at adapting it makes mixing up training all the more beneficial as your body is forced to grow, get faster and become stronger in order to survive.

Look how MMA fighters train, and they are the most elite.</description>

But, muscular adaptation actually happens by provoking a damaging stimulus through training, then remodelling with rest and nutrition. Youre trying to say it will remodel wih strength and speed and endurance all in one go, but sorry</description>
