You can’t compare people who are born naturally gifted with certain traits, and act like if you train like them you become even nearly as talented… the human body is wonderful I know, throw anything at it and it acually works miracles in adapting to relieve stress. But, muscular adaptation actually happens by provoking a damaging stimulus through training, then remodelling with rest and nutrition. Youre trying to say it will remodel wih strength and speed and endurance all in one go, but sorry
Actually you couldnt be more wrong. The human body is amazing at adapting to its environment therefore it will become stronger and fitter even if youre doing several different sports.
But because your body is so good at adapting it makes mixing up training all the more beneficial as your body is forced to grow, get faster and become stronger in order to survive.
Look how MMA fighters train, and they are the most elite.
better yourselves by how? risking a slipped disc in a deadlift? doin so many reps of butterflies? stop taking things from each sport and putting it to your training, YOUR BODY CAN ONLY MAKE GAINS STEADILY IN ONE ASPECT, be it speed-strength, endurance strength, limit strength etc etc
hence i say, learn the principles of training first
Ok, I’ve seen too many comments from you now..you obviously have way too much time on your hands.. these videos show everyday people giving everything they’ve got to better themselves and all you can do is put them down and go out of your way to be a sarcastic, arrogant asshole..I’m sorry, I never comment on this shit,but you represent everything that I disagree with.. these people have heart & drive, take your negative, know-it-all comments and shove it
this is terrible… learn some real training goals then develop a program to suit it
