    looks like a great workout, but i just don’t have those equipment so i can’t do them at home lol

    Gotta admit, I was skeptical at first, but that looked very effective. Basically, whole body exercises. Can’t go wrong there. Good job.

    Yeah, I really love his 6 minute kettlebell workout. Big time saver with a baby in the house.

    The Medicine Ball slam is a great one to do at 3 am to get the blood flowing. It helps the people in the apartment below yours start their day too.

    Looks like hardwork how many times do you do this and is it as an effective a cardio workout as rowing, stationary bike etc?

    reminds me of what they did on that Never Back Down movie. shit looks intense, especially if you’re running multiple circuits. keep up the good work.
