looks like a great workout, but i just don’t have those equipment so i can’t do them at home lol
Gotta admit, I was skeptical at first, but that looked very effective. Basically, whole body exercises. Can’t go wrong there. Good job.
thats because u think them jacked dudes a “well” built they got no stamina just standin their liftin heavy things…..

The Medicine Ball slam is a great one to do at 3 am to get the blood flowing. It helps the people in the apartment below yours start their day too.
