@ODshadowkat generally from what I have read crossfitters are more interested in intensity than technique, or maybe i should say it’s easier to teach technique than it is to teach intensity.
i fucking hate crossfit pullups..so useless.

I spewed on my monitor when the “Great Thrusters!” came up on that second heat. None of those guys was going deep enough or finishing. Bad form.
In the first heat the guy with the 7 min + Fran didn’t get over the pull up bar for most of them.
There suppose to be thrusters not push presses.
those might have been the worst thrusters I have ever seen, someone should teach them the right form or they are going to hurt them selves.
Anyone got the name of this song?
I have been working out at compound crossfit in chesapeake va for about 7 mos now, and we have done Fran like once–nice to see it again
