    Holy crap. My best is 6 seconds slower than this but on level ground. Excellent job dude!

    They were the shittest HSPU’s that that I’ve ever seen! He wasn’t even lifting his legs at the start. Very strong all the same though.

    it would be better to super set the HSPU as wide and your arms facing inwards
