weLL im not about to Lie, i have too much respect for these workouts to make something up. i’ve tried it a coupLe more times, and havent made it passed 30. 38 is a ridicuLous number. nd i sed im trying to get somewhere between 35-45, but it dnt seem LikeLy.
the fastest result ever is 38 times, done by Chris Spealer, so why do I dont believe you
my first time doin this workout was atuaLLy a coupLe of days ago and i got 28 in 20 minutes. this workout is tough and fun. im tryna make it somewhere between 35-45 in 20. dat wud be fukkn crazy!
