Got something to say?
that shirtless guy had five fingers on! awesome
looks like some of that shit is dangerous but regardless it’s very cool
damn awesome video congrats to you all; maybe some day i come visit yooz!
@ mikerubino: it’s only a “fad” if it’s forced upon trainees who do not have sufficient strength and skill to safely enjoy and benefit from the movements.
just another fad on the market… very dangerous if you ask me
thats sickkkkk i like all the rowing machines at 52 seconds
Wow, that was intense!!!!
I’m not sure why such exercises are shown in combination with the balance board instead of just adding more weight, but then I remembered the eternal wisdom of Spinal tap.
Nigel Tufnel: “These amps all go to eleven.” [Translation: These exercises are all done on a balance thingy]
Marty DiBergi: “Why don’t you just make ten louder [add more weight]?”
Nigel Tufnel: “[blank stare]…These go to eleven.”
“It’s such a fine line between stupid, and clever” – David St. Hubbins
-_-
Bosuball much?
Nice vid Mike, I would break my ass if I attempted any of that. Maybe we’ll try when I’m down during Chritstmas time?!
Nice Vid…I’m going to try the Indo Board with a Slosh Pipe…
I love this video!!!! 5 stars all the way!
Other than the fact that some of that shit is insanely dangerous….
Its also cool as shit. One of the cooler CrossFit videos I have seen, awesome displays of strength and coordination.
