The CrossFit Total was held on March 8th in Houston, Texas. This was the 2nd event in CrossFit Central’s The Fittest Games Challenge. Athletes performed 3 attempts of Squats, Deadlift, and Press. Mark Rippetoe was in attendance announcing the meet. www.TheFittestGames.com

    Why is everyone wearing running shoes for these lifts? Aren’t crossfit people supposed to be well-informed lifters?

    It in Kilos bro. Take the final weight and times it by 2.2. Thats the weight in LBS.

    Those scores all seem low compared to what it looked like they were lifting. Isn’t the final score supposed to be the sum of your best squat, press and deadlift?
