   Lol paddy doyle trains for one specific task, In crossfit you have to be well rounded and prepared for everything bc you dont know whats coming

   I agree with SPT2301 don’t talk the talk if you can’t walk the walk. Otherwise your no better that the fat ass couch potatoes that coach every football game they watch on television every weekend (I hate those guys).
