Got something to say?
awesome technique! I’ve been doing x fit for the last 11 weeks and it’s awesome. I am very close to nailing the muscle ups in a bar. I do it at a regular gym since we don’t have yet a xfit box here in my city in mexico. I absolutely love it!
This is an animal of a WOD…anyone that wants to critisize or thinks they can do better, post your own video and ill give you the props this guy gets…what a beast…. nice form…

That looks like a pretty good workout. I’m going to have to try that one next week some time. Good job!
completely agree. i love that move and i’m looking for more like that. can you help me out?
by PT do you mean personal trainer or physical therapist?
how far do you have to go down on squats? i have a bad back but i know how good squats are.
hey mate. I’m a PT and I think his squats were good form. putting your hips too far back takes the shearing forces off your knee and puts them on your lower back. these were good
thats bollocks, learn something about exercise before you critisize people

your talking about lying down with a kettleball raised overhead and standing up right? We did those on our college football team with dumbbells. Excellent workout.
has any of y’all ever tried an exercise called “the turkish get-ups” using the kettlebells? some australian dude taught me that, & it’ll definitly be a nice addition to that drill!
Cheers mate, hell of a job.
