    I am practicing it for two months and i see great gains. i don’t see any reason why you should not give it a try…..Just experience it..do and feel the difference…

    What you are missing is that experienced CrossFit instructors teach you proper form and technique on all the exercises and ease you into the program. All exercises and workouts can be scaled to anyone’s fitness level.

    Doing it on your own with no supervision is a potential problem. Get instruction and you’ll be fine and get the results you want.

    The inherent problem with crossfit is that it expects unfit,underprepared people and then asks them to perform lots of high intensity exercise. Looking at some of the people in this video, they need to get a base aerobic fitness and lose some weight and THEN do crossfit. They are on a one way street to overtraining and injury if not. Crossfit is misguided in its approach, it should be for more conditioned athletes only.

    I just did my 3rd visit today and I’m sitting here at my desk laughing, and groaning, about this video because it reminded me of today’s workout. I love Crossfit so far. Great video too.

    And yeah, this is one of the best promos I’ve seen. I’m sick of workout ads where they’re like “I can’t even feel it!” because if there’s no pain/soreness, you’re not getting a workout! I like the honesty.
