		<description>Very nice.  How did you game the reps?  I&#039;m assuming that the cleans were the hardest movement at your weight.  If this is the case, I&#039;m in the same boat.  I&#039;m 195 and the best I&#039;ve gotten is a 39:30.  A 30 min Linda is on my 2008 to do list though.

I&#039;d apprecite any suggestions for getting a better Linda time.</description>

		<description>This is one of those workouts that punishes you if you&#039;re too heavy.  I&#039;ve done it at 225 lbs. and 205 lbs bodyweight and the difference is very noticeable.</description>
