i just love how he catches the bar after every clean

  10. Logman5000 on July 17th, 2010 12:12 am

I agree with Vaughn, you didn’t cheat on the cleans & great form

  11. vaughn137 on July 17th, 2010 12:14 am

What kind of decking or flooring is that? I would love to get whatever it is. Your bar jumps back up into your hands on your cleans? Crazy. You didn’t cheat though.

did this yesterday, even at 74kgs it sucked big time, it was great!

  13. GotBeer213 on July 17th, 2010 1:47 am

Did you get that big only CF’ing? Whats your height/weight? Looks like a FB player..

I wouldn’t do it every week. Train some other metcon workouts and individual power lifts periodically and then come back to it. I know because I made the same error and just overtrained.

  16. dslfitness on July 17th, 2010 2:47 am

This is one of the hardest workouts I’ve done, credit to you for the intensity, I’m 238lbs and too be honest is near impossible to do, I had to drop the weight even that was unreal

  17. SMCStudio on July 17th, 2010 3:16 am

    Linda is a killer!!

  18. parabola21159 on July 17th, 2010 3:53 am

Great video and excellent conditioning… but is that a juniors bar on the cleans?… dont think they will have any of those at the games

  19. shy69iskrazy2 on July 17th, 2010 4:38 am

    Awesome form!

  20. zodawg0079 on July 17th, 2010 5:10 am

This is one of those workouts that punishes you if you’re too heavy. I’ve done it at 225 lbs. and 205 lbs bodyweight and the difference is very noticeable.

  21. Xeoen1 on July 17th, 2010 5:10 am

Very nice. How did you game the reps? I’m assuming that the cleans were the hardest movement at your weight. If this is the case, I’m in the same boat. I’m 195 and the best I’ve gotten is a 39:30. A 30 min Linda is on my 2008 to do list though.

I’d apprecite any suggestions for getting a better Linda time.

  22. neeesh6 on July 17th, 2010 5:33 am

i watch this video every time before my weekly “linda” throwup workout. I’m at 33 minutes and getting faster and stronger. yeeeahh

  23. DrGeoffs on July 17th, 2010 6:31 am

This wod is a real killer, especially the first 5 rounds. I’ve done it several times, but this guy would destroy me…shit.
    Respect.

  24. PhantomBlend on July 17th, 2010 6:42 am

  25. Marteh on July 17th, 2010 7:09 am
