Here is a GREAT Kettlebell Routine to do with a 20KG Kettlebell. It takes about 20min to d,o but it can burn a LOT of calories in a little time! ENJOY!!

Left Side (5 Reps):
a. KB Clean
b. KB Squat
c. KB Press
Right Side (5 Reps):
a. KB Clean
b. KB Squat
c. KB Press
Left Side (10 Reps):
a. KB Clean
b. KB Squat
Right Side (10 Reps):
a. KB Clean
b. KB Squat
Left Side (15 Reps):
a. KB Clean
Right Side (15 Reps):
a. KB Clean
**This marks ONE Complete SET. Repeat 2-3 times!
