    body squat – not a problem, as soon as I add weight though, my form goes to hell

    Breathing, is important and wasn’t covered. (exhale when muscles are contracting) Use the toes, this is excellant device to focus on greater control for balance. Biased, i prefer the arms to be brought inwards to the chest while keeping palms flat and rolling up the fingers. Nutritional problems need to be covered when squaters reach high numbers when repetitions reach 750.

    You clearly explain the body squat in the first 30 seconds or so … so that’s all I need, but if I’m unsure I can keep watching to get that extra bit of depth. Great video, good descriptions — thanks for the help
