    whack. I crossfit; this one is intense. P90* has its place. crossfit = extreme conditioning – period. no comparison

    i don’t do crossfit, but one of my good friends does and he loves it. i give props to anyone who does it as well as this guy, or anyone who simply puts this much effort in.

    i have a question though, crossfit provides workouts and suggestions, but does it provide suggestions for nutrition as well?

    Good . But I lost over 30 lb in one month using weight loss plan from LSWEIGHT(.)INFO

    oh my bad, i was only 720m. just under half a mile. i say only beacause if it was flats i would of killed it, but when you add hills forget it.

    my run sucked, around 4:25. I have no hills here in Florida. And it was my third event.
